Loan Reviews
We review criticized or classified loans, delinquencies, non-accruals, restructured transactions, new and renewed commitments and other borrower related credit exposures. We test the adequacy of the allowance for credit losses as well as reviewing the organization’s lending policies and procedures and overall lending process. Our review includes the credit files, internal loan reports, and testing the loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
